Founder & Owner

Founder and owner of GMR Heating & Air, a veteran-led commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and mechanical contractor based in Carrollton, Texas.

Lawrence Norton founded GMR Heating & Air to bring a disciplined, service-first standard to commercial mechanical contracting. A veteran, he leads the company’s operations across commercial, industrial, and government work — staying personally involved in scope development, quality expectations, and client relationships. Under his leadership, GMR operates as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business supporting facilities across Texas, Georgia, Kansas, Louisiana, and North Dakota.
